Life Drawing - Session 11
We started with 5 short drawings to warm up and I was pleased with the middle drawing I produced, mostly with the shading and texture I managed to create in the cloth I drew. We then went onto produce a gestural drawing, I'm really not fond of this style of drawing however, compared to my past drawings using this technique I feel as though I've improved if not only slightly. We then moved on to draw the Model twice more, trying to include the chair within the piece. To finish the lesson we drew the models face from different angles, I'm fairly happy with what I managed to create seeing as its our first time drawing faces, however I feel I could improve by focusing more on the shape and texture of the skin, perhaps.
